Kahit sa kabila ng paalala ng pamahalaan na manatili muna ang lahat ng tao sa kani-kanilang mga tahanan habang nasa community quarantine parin ang bansa.
Nakuha sa mga suspeksado ang iilan ebendesiya sa pagsusugal at dinala sa istasyong ng pulisya para sa dokumentasyon at tamang disposisyon. Ang tatlong kababaihan ay nahaharap sa Presidential Decree 1602 (Illegal Gẳmbling) na may multa na nagkakahalaga ng 1 hanggang 6 na libong piso.

OOA 1:30 PM of April 12,2020 Elements of this station led by PLTCOL HERLYL L BRUNO, COP conducted Anti-Illegal Gambling Operation at Brgy. Sto. Niño 2nd, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija which resulted in the arrest of the suspects The arrested suspects and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to this station for documentation and proper disposition.A Case of Violation of PD 1602 is being prepared for filing against the suspects

Don't put the blame to the recipients. It is the fault of the authorities concerned. The DSWD in particular. Is the guidelines or criteria strictly followed? Or did they visit the dwellings and conduct thorough investigation as to the economic status of those prospective members? Find out who the culprits are! Punish those in cahoots with the perpetrators. This may be the solution to the problem to curb such practices
DSWD please evaluate these people and delete their names from beneficiary list if warranted. It's very hurting on our part knowing that the money you defray them are coming from the taxes that we paid.
